- The paper proposes a functional architecture for career-related, big data gathering and curation. The end goal is to provide a community-maintained, clearly structured hub of relevant information to inform school leavers/young professionals' career-relevant decision making. This is significant, given the fragmented, incomplete, sometimes contradicting sources of online career guidance available to the wider public. The platform at the core of this research, Aviator, has been commissioned by The Good Schools Guide (Editor in Chief), with the purpose of establishing the Good Careers Guide social enterprise offshoot.
