- This is an important monograph that covers a substantial archive on Brussels as well as interviews with a range of practitioners. It is an important contribution to the historiography of Brussels. It also accounts recent scholarship on the critical reappraisal of architectural and urban studies debates from the 1960s through to the 1990s. The book also offers some timely methodological reflections both on the pragmatist-relational and the critical methods in architectural research and urban studies.
