- Double-weighted statement
- International Relations and the Problem of Time expands and substantially extends arguments and theoretical concepts that have been central to the author’s primary research activity for the better part of a decade. The book represents a comprehensive revision and development of a PhD, with over half of the book wholly original content based on new research (and linked to several years of conference presentations and other research activities). On the whole, Hom has spent the equivalent of 4-5 major article manuscripts’ worth of time and labour developing this project for publication over the REF cycle.
