- This work has impacted the state of the art by presenting a new type of neural learning for bridging gaps between actions and delayed rewards. The paper is cited by two European patents by Intel Corp (EP 3340119 A1) and HUAWEI TECH CO LTD (EP 3537344 A4) It led to a new research proposal funded by DARPA under the Lifelong Learning Machine (L2M) programme.
