- Small was a co-applicant on the grant that the study draws on and contributed to its design, and its management. Small took particular responsibility for the qualitative components of the study, with central input to their design. Small undertook fieldwork to collect data for the study through interviews and focus groups with service providers and with families included in obesity interventions. Small took the lead at writing up qualitative findings for publication and also was a member of the writing group who drew up the study report.
