- This 420p book collects and analyses a large amount of material: judicial decisions, historical accounts, news articles and scholarly commentary, providing a complete and authoritative study of a ‘hybrid’ (national and international) criminal tribunal that has been in operation since 2006 and is currently close to the end of its mandate. The book is uniquely informed by the author’s direct experience as a UN-appointed senior staff member at different stages of the Court’s operation. The insights gained from this sustained engagement with the Court are reflected in the book and inform the selection of materials presented for analysis and assessment.
