- This work impacted the state of the art by presenting a solution for predicting the deformation of breasts from diagnosis imaging position to surgical operation position. It led to an invited review paper “A review of biomechanically informed breast image registration” (Physics in Medicine and Biology, 61(2), 2016) from the Editor of Physics in Medicine and Biology. It subsequently led to another FP7-ICT Research Grant (ID: 600948).
