- White co-conceived the theme of the exhibition and accompanying catalogue with fellow editor, Francesco Manacorda, then commissioned the other contributions, which he edited. He wrote one essay (pp. 87-94), and organised the discussion with two other contributors that forms another (pp. 128-41). He also selected (and translated) the primary texts chosen for inclusion, and contributed to the overall design of the book, which also served as a publication to be sold at a parallel exhibition on Mondrian and Colour at Turner Contemporary, Margate.
