- For this study CJM was joint first author. CJM co-led all analyses, visualisation creations, writing and reviewing of the manuscript. Specifically, CJM undertook plasmid and phage detection and detection of lateral gene transfer events in this data. CJM crafted the initial draft of the methods, results and discussion on these sections and revised the entire manuscript before final submission.
