- Double-weighted statement
- This monograph is the product of a decade of research on Dar es Salaam’s environment and infrastructures. The double weighting request is based on the scope of research on three continents. Drawing on and contributing to both African history and environmental history, the research is grounded in both environmental and African history and is based on an extensive body of primary source material (developmental grey literature) that has hitherto been ignored by researchers who work on the city.
