- Double-weighted statement
- This monograph unites complex strands of domestic and international constitutional theory alongside an extended analysis of community as a basis for constitutional governance. This study establishes a paradigm by which to understand global constitutionalism. This required extensive analysis of core themes such as community, rule of law, democratic legitimacy and separation of powers and their application to the growing body of global constitutionalism literature. The monograph crosses contexts, the domestic and international, in a rigorous analysis of a complex area of law. Long form analysis was a necessity to ensure the quality of the conclusions and critique.
