- This 318-page monograph is the culmination of a decade of research studying the production of museum space and museum design processes and outcomes. Exploring 70 years of progressive museum design through the detailed analysis of 28 international case studies distilled from a pool of 100 examined during the course of the project, it involved extensive interview and archival research. The research is contextualised through a detailed study of the economisation of museums.
