- In this co-authored monograph, Williamson was the full-time researcher on the project from which the book derived and carried out the majority of the archival research and around half of the interviews. Williamson wrote the initial versions of all the chapters with the exception of the introduction, chapter 9 and the conclusion, which Cloonan wrote. The authors initially edited each other’s chapters and jointly edited the final draft for consistency.
