- I am a corresponding author for this paper, which is the culmination of my PhD research. I was one of three who ran code on supercomputing clusters to generate the raw lattice QCD data on which the work is based. I developed the analysis strategy and lead a two-person (with Freeland) analysis team. I performed the phenomenological analysis that generated the results of Section IX. Freeland and I organized the paper, which was written with a subgroup of 5 coauthors. I was intimately involved in writing all sections of the paper and created 16/17 figures.
