- Double-weighted statement
- This book is submitted for consideration as a double-weighted output. The books is the result of a number of years’ sustained research effort into the application of the EU Maintenance Regulation and the Hague Maintenance Convention, providing a highly detailed account of the complex issue of cross-border maintenance in international law. This includes an empirical analysis of primary source data from the first year the Maintenance Regulation was in force, with that analysis contributing to the depth of critical research that also considered case law, relevant literature and other frameworks such as wider EU law, UNCRC and migration.
