- This is a book co-authored by four researchers working together in a research project. The attributed individual was involved in the conception, planning and writing of the book from the beginning, and throughout its completion. The attributed individual authored Chapter 3, co-authored the Introduction and Conclusion, and contributed to the compilation of the Bibliography and the selection of figures. They contributed research work to the rest of the chapters, in particular Chapters 2 and 6, and contributed to the editing process for the whole book, through careful revision of several complete drafts.
