- Additional information
- Funded by the Council for At-Risk Academics, this paper is a result of a research programme on next generation graded bandgap multi-layer solar cells development. The previous PhD thesis on this subject was published by Springer as a monograph (ISBN: 9783319966663) in 2018. As designed and experimentally proved in this previous work, high performance PV solar cells are arising from devices fabricated on p-type, wide bandgap window materials. CdMnTe is one such material explored to achieve above properties.
