- The research is the largest study to date to address demotivational factors affecting productivity of construction project managers in Qatar. It followed the announcement of awarding the FIFA 2022 World Cup hosting rights to the State of Qatar, informing the construction productivity improvement efforts in the country ahead of more than £100bn investments on hundreds of new construction projects and gaining international attention of academics and policymakers.
