- Double-weighted statement
- This single author monograph was the product of several years’ work. It is 80,000 words and comprises 6 chapters. It develops an analytical framework for application to domestic law in any jurisdiction, by extracting principle and practice from 4 jurisdictions along with the EU and Federal Australia. All four of the substantive chapters, and the concluding chapter, could have been published as articles in their own right.
