- The algorithm described in this paper is a core part of the AutoVectis mass spectrometry data processing suite, sold by Spectroswiss Sárl (CEO Yury Tsybin tsybin@spectroswiss.ch, total sales at list price >€150k). This algorithm allows AutoVectis to offer the only commercially available absorption mode automated peak assignment and deconvolution capability. This algorithm is a vital underpinning aspect of the €4m TopSpec H2020 project, and its value is also supported by AMGEN Inc (multinational biopharmaceutical company) who use this aspect of AutoVectis to accelerate their antibody characterization research (iainc@amgen.com).
