- This monograph brings together findings from several multi-year research projects and a 4-year EU COST Action on downscaling and bias correction methods. It provides the most comprehensive overview and critical assessment to date of a crucial research area for the assessment of climate change impacts. The book contains vital new conceptual and technical elements, and will have a lasting influence on the generation and use of regional climate change information. It won the 2019 PROSE Award for Environmental Science (Association of American Publishers Awards for Professional and Scholarly Excellence) and has become the standard reference for downscaling and bias correction.
