- This paper highlights the advantage of building systems combining communication with other network science principles. The paper develops a novel scheme for crowdsourcing, which was the core functionality of Organicity, a service for experimentation funded by Horizon 2020. Relevant functions and architectures were introduced to the experimenters and they performed real-life experiments to evaluate the performance of a large-scale urban data collection using mobile phones. http://organicity.eu/
