- this work is a result of a fruitful collaborative work between several UK based universities and industrial partners within a frame of EPSRC UK project on novel 3D coating of bioactive glass and metal composites. The work has generated 35 readers and 9 citations paving the way for a new EPSRC joint project proposal from Birmingham City University, the University of Birmingham and the University of Manchester on additive manaufacturing of advance implants with improved osseointegration addressing the newly emerging field of multiple functionalities in modern implantology.
