- This paper describes a new measurement technique invented by the authors. The technique provides the unique capability of simultaneous and correlated temperature, velocity and mixture fraction measurement with turbulence statistics in high temperature flows. This work contributed directly to further funding from the European Association of National Metrology Institutes (EMPRESS II) to develop temperature measurement techniques to enhance manufacturing process efficiency (https://www.strath.ac.uk/research/advancedformingresearchcentre/whatwedo/collaborativeprojects/empress2project/)
