- Duckworth was one of three main editors of the book (Mattingly, Leitch, Duckworth) and her contribution to its edition was approximately 30% of the total input. Duckworth also contributed original content to two chapters in the book: Chapter 11 (contributing to the overall text as well as a sub-section on glass) and Chapter 16 'Concluding Discussion'.
