- The publisher's letter clearly states the reasons for delays in publication:
"The paper was sent to production at Oxford Journals on 1 December 2020 and thus scheduled to publish online as advance access on 22 December 2020.
However, due to unforeseen delays in resources and staffing as a result of COVID-19, including an unexpected change in production manager for the journal, the production process took longer than projected and the paper did not publish online before the REF deadline of 31 December 2020. The delays are entirely on the side of production and through no fault of the authors."
