- The Book Referendums and Ethnic Conflict is a unique publication that covers all referendums ever held on ethnic and national matters. Stretching back to the 15th Century, this comprehensive book required considerable time as most of these referendums were not reported in English. Hence, the author had to consult original language- and statistical data-sources in German French, Russian, Scandinavian languages. Further, the research involved translation of ballot questions from over 20 different languages, and the checking of these. It is a long form output that took over 4 years research to complete.
