- Arche led the organisation of the conference that originated the volume at her home institution, the University of Greenwich, in June 2015. She led her collaborators Fábregas and Marín in writing the introductory chapter that poses the rationale of the volume and its significance both for the theory of language and the understanding of copular variation. She also led the edition process of the volume. This consisted of the preparation of a proposal for consideration by Oxford University Press, the organization of a twofold blind review process for each chapter, devising a work plan in answer to the responses to OUPs readers of the volume, and the preparation of the volume for final submission once it was fully approved.
