- Additional information
- Bringing together authors from counselling psychology, user experience and data science, this is the largest published study of behavioural engagement with an e-mental health app, using aggregated data from over 100,000 users. It shows how people engage in practice, illustrating a long-tail of usage and a core of long-term app users. It further illustrates the sustainable nature of peer-to-peer mental health support achievable with digital tools.
