- The research for the book was completed over five years. The book engaged hard to reach audiences in Sweden and Germany and undertook over 200 interviews across widespread of stakeholders. Given the complexity of the topic, formulating the arguments required the research to have a lengthy period of data collection and field observation as well as significant investigation of secondary and grey literature.
