- Double-weighted statement
- I would like my monograph 'The Invention of Science' to be double weighted. The book is 784 closely printed pages. It is based on an enormous range of primary sources and covers a long period, several countries and languages, and a number of quite distinct and technical historical problems. It has a sustained and complex argument which could only be delivered at length and is the result of a complex, extended and multi-layered process of investigation.
