- 'Between coercion and collaboration – Judicial Truth, Economic Actors and the Colombian Armed Conflict' presents findings of a database created by the authors on the role of economic actors in the Colombian armed conflict. The data stem from decisions of Colombian tribunals in criminal cases against paramilitaries and politicians and in the land restitution process. Based on these data, the book then presents a detailed legal analysis of relevant international law, Colombian criminal law and the special legal framework applicable to the Colombian Special Jurisdiction for Peace (SJP) to show how the impunity of these actors can best be avoided.
