- A Theology of Community Organizing provides the first extended critical analysis of one of the most significant models of contemporary civil society politics, representing an original example of complex research. This long-form output of just over 200 pages was researched over a sustained period of almost five years and took a further year to write. The monograph demanded a detailed analysis with numerous multimodal activist, academic and popular texts and primary source materials in the UK and the USA, as well as extended engagement by the author with a wide-range of audiences and approaches to community organising.
