- <02> The results from this publication inspired a PhD studentship funded by Department of Economy, Northern Ireland (Learning of Bio-Inspired Movement in highly noisy environments, James Gillespie, 10/2016-09/2019). Further the research collaboration was then extended to Dr Inaki Rano who took up an Assistant Professor position in Southern University of Denmark and the work has also underpinned collaboration with the University of Southern Denmark in the area of Multiagent Insect Like Continuous Optimisation
