- Double-weighted statement
- Fuller's monograph is the product of a sustained research effort conducted intensively since 2014. It involved an in-depth engagement with the scholarship, and the evaluation of a very large body of primary material. The latter includes contemporary newspaper coverage, 97 volumes of published biographical and autobiographical evidence and unpublished records held in the national archives of the UK, US, and Russia (much of which was difficult to access), including 34 collections of personal papers. We therefore submit this output for double-weighting.
