- This paper forms part of the outcomes from the high profile EPSRC funded project titled 'A Collaborative Computational Project in Wave Structure Interactions: CCP-WSI' of which MMU is one of the lead partners. This is the first of the three blind test series that the consortium organised to systematically evaluate the fidelity and efficiency of a range of numerical codes/methods for modelling wave structure interaction problems. It involved 33 participants from 15 national and international academic institutions and industry collaborators. This work has been well cited and contributed to the renewal of the CCP-WSI project for further five years.
