- Additional information
- The work has led to a patent application (PCT/GB2018/050320) with the technology being promoted to the electronics industry. The University of Manchester Innovation Factory is promoting the technology to electronics industry. Furthermore, transistors with an ultra-low operating voltage of 1V have been demonstrated, which are highly advantageous in thin-film and flexible wearable electronics.
