- Double-weighted statement
- Offering an alternative exploration of the Court of Justice of the European Union, this book reviews the relationship between legal, political and gendered examinations of the Court of Justice and some of the substantive areas of law it is concerned with. It provides a broad and holistic view of the Court and its work, which significantly adds to the understanding of the institution, its role and its case law and its role in shaping law and policy and EU and national level. Analysing several policy areas, each could be published as individual articles, but together form a more coherent story.
