- Additional information
- This work is a detailed numerical study how shock waves propagate through a plate impact test setup. The results of this open access paper allow experimentalists to improve the design of their plate impact test setup to better control of the loading history. This work led to the participation in the H2020 project Extreme (grant agreement No 636549) on extreme loading of composite materials.
