- Double-weighted statement
- The introduction and six chapters listed above are proposed for double-weighting because of the complexity and multi-layered quality of the research they represent. The chapters together develop a constructive and interpretive project in Christian theology which is complex and multi-layered, more specifically, because it is wide-ranging as regards theological locus (Trinity, sin and evil, grace), overarching theme (the place of mystery and paradox in theology, the relationship of Christian theology to liberalism and modernity, Catholic/Protestant and Christian/Jewish relations), and range of interlocutors (late Antique and medieval figures, together with contemporary Catholic, Protestant, Orthodox and Jewish thinkers).”

- No
- Additional information
- This is a volume which draws together strands of research developed over many years. Parts of the book are drawn from material published before 2014, and not eligible for consideration in this exercise. The portion of the book submitted for assessment in REF2021 is the Introduction and chapters 4, 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10.
