- Selected as a best paper with an invite to produce a subsequent journal paper (DOI: 10.1007/978-3-319-99701-8_15). Reports work on KTP No. KTP009714 which was awarded the grade of "Outstanding" for its achievement. The work led to the industry partner (Aggora Ltd, Managing Director) adopting a more collaborative approach, enabling improved and more efficient decision making processes through self-servicing business intelligence leading to tangible savings of £18,060 by the time of the KTP final report.
