- "Presents a new framework for evaluating participatory design. Drain et al. [1] note that of the 143 participatory design papers reviewed by Bossen et al. [2], only five present a framework, and further notes that, of those five, the framework described in our article presents an “excellent starting point” for further development. Also used as part of a course, delivered at CHI 2017, entitled, “Advances in Participatory Design”. In the top 5% of most cited papers in Engineering (Scival). Field-weighted citation impact 7.3 (Scopus).
