- The research was conducted in collaboration with the National Institute for Electricity and Clean Energy, Mexico through seconded research staff (Gonzalez-Diaz) to work with the EPSRC project research team (Carbon Capture and Storage from Industrial clusters and their Supply chains (EP/N024567/1)). The paper describes a novel PEF manufacturing pathway designed to be low cost, scalable and be derived from waste products only and was Commended by the Rushlight Awards 2018/19 and featured in a number of news articles e.g. ARS Technica, News Break, EZASSi and Biofpr.
