- This book is based on one of the largest ever samples of news reports in any study of news media. The book is the result of the authors’ collaborative research over a period of 4.5 years within the framework of their AHRC-funded project. The book offers an in-depth analysis, from a multi-disciplinary perspective, of a broad issue – the role of the broadcast media in shaping multicultural policies in the age of globalization. The writing of the book was shared equally between the authors.
