- The paper is the result of a collaboration with Airbus, accelerating the engineering of a complex product using hackathon style processes. The process was adopted by Airbus in the Agile Wing Integration (AWI) project [Ian Marr (ian.marr@airbus.com), Airbus, Innovate UK Grant 113041] and shortened the timescale of large-scale manufacturing process by 80% compared to lengthy traditional approaches.
