- This work, demonstrates one of the first reports in using Single-Walled Carbon Nanotubes (SWCNTs) as the floating gate in organic memory devices. The deposition of SWCNTs is the main challenge to their use in the implementation of novel electronic devices. The findings represent a major step towards the fabrication of organic memory transistors. The research led to invitation to contribute a chapter for the 2nd Edition of “Charge-Trapping Non-Volatile Memories- Emerging Materials and Structures” 20 Mar 2017, Dimitrakis, P. (ed.). Springer, p. 123-156.
