- This paper has been published in the best journal on neural networks. This is the first-ever paper that specifically deals with the state estimation problem for discrete-time complex networks subject to communication protocol scheduling. A fundamental challenge has been elegantly handled, namely, how to deal with the effects induced by protocol scheduling. The paper has attracted persistent research attention from the international community, and is recognised as a Highly Cited Paper on the Web of Science.
