- Double-weighted statement
- This 90,000-word monograph examines international crime prevention through a suggested modification of the control tests applied in the law on state responsibility. Conducted over 6 ears, the proposed modification is based on a systematic analysis of the drafting papers on the Articles on State Responsibility, the case law of the International court of Justice and other international courts/ tribunals and the scholarship on these principles. The research methodology was positivist driven, utilising doctrinal and comparative law frameworks to test alternative approaches that could be applied to the proposed reform of the law.
