- Outlines an innovative Theory of Change (ToC) providing theoretical underpinnings and context for the complex mix of interventions needed for a significant increase in the number and diversity of the STEM workforce. ToC-informed interventions led to over 112,000 interactions with children, teachers and parents across seven English Local Authorities over 6 years. This led to £1m of funding for NUSTEM-developed projects. The £1.25m North of Tyne Combined Authority STEM and Digital Skills programme was based on this ToC. NUSTEM have been consulted about the ToC by organisations such as Institute of Physics, Reading Agency, and UK Government STEM Strategy Team.
