- Atmospheric Things: On the Allure of Elemental Envelopment is the result of an extended process of creative investigation by Derek McCormack. This was largely undertaken through a British Academy mid-career fellowship that facilitated the time and space to undertake the creative investigation. We believe that this 2018 monograph meets the REF2021 criteria for double weighting because of the sustained research effort needed for its fruition.
